New Loft Conversion started in Birmingham

A new 1/2 hip to gable rear Dormer loft conversion with re-roof has started in Birmingham, West Midlands.  The side hip will be raised and a rear Dormer added to create the space and height needed to create a master bedroom and bathroom.  The rear Dormer will have 2 U.P.V.C double glazed windows and the front of the property will have 2 Velux windows. This will give the conversion plenty of natural light to the bedroom, bathroom and new stairwell.
