The new year as arrived and maybe it is time to consider turning your dark unused loft area into a beautiful light and airy bedroom, with or without a bathroom.  A Loft Conversion will not only add extra usable living space but will also increase the value of your property.

Most Loft Conversions can be built within ‘Permitted Development’  but if Planning Permission is required Loftstyle will advise and process your application.  All planning (if required), building control and architects plan fees are included in our price.  We offer a no obligation scaled Design Plan and Quotation and the price we quote is the price you pay.

All our work is carried out to current Building Regulations and will be inspected during the build by a Building Inspector.  All electrical, plumbing and heating work is carried out by a qualified installer and certification will be provided.    A Final Certificate from Building Control will be issued at the end of the conversion.

Loftstyle is also a member of the ‘Federation of Master Builders’ ‘Build Assure Insurance Scheme’ and the Government backed ‘Trustmark initiative.

All our work is also covered by a 10 year construction guarantee.
