Hip to Gable Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new hip-to-gable rear dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. The new gable and the rear dormer will give the loft area plenty of new height and space needed to create a master bedroom and bathroom. The new bedroom and bathroom will have plenty of natural light from the uPVC windows to the dormer and a Velux window to the front roof slope. The new stairs will rise above the existing stairs and will also benefit from natural light from a new gable window. The existing stair parts to the existing stairs will be changed to match the new stairs. A storage floor will be also be formed under the remaining eave space.
