A tile hung pitch roof dormer loft conversion has started on a detached property in Cheslyn Hay, Walsall to create two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rear of the property will have three tile hung pitch roof dormers and the front of the property will have three Velux windows to give plenty of natural light throughout the conversion.
