Pitch Roof Side Dormer Loft Conversion

A new pitch roof side dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Stone, Staffordshire to create a bedroom and en suite.  The tile hung side dormer with a new uPVC window will enable the new stairs to rise above the existing staircase and give a natural flow through the property.  Velux windows to the front and rear slope of the roof will give plenty of natural light to the new bedroom. Four storage floors are to be added to the remaining space under the eaves so every inch of space available has been used.
