Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear Dormer loft conversion has started on a semi-detached property in Alvechurch Worcestershire to create a new master bedroom and en-suite.  The stairs will rise above the existing stairs and a new U.P.V.C. window will be added to the gable for extra light to the stairwell.  The bedroom will have plenty of natural light from the U.P.V.C. window to the rear Dormer and a Velux window to the front elevation. The en-suite will also be positioned in the rear Dormer and will also benefit from a U.P.V.C. window.  A large storage floor will also be added under the remaining eves.
