Rear Dormer Loft Conversion

A new rear dormer loft conversion has started on a terraced property in Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands to create a bedroom and en suite. The rear dormer will be constructed with a 7′ 0″ uPVC double glazed French door combination frame with a Juliet balcony to the bedroom and a uPVC double glazed window for the stairwell. The en suite will benefit from a Velux window and a further Velux window will be added to the bedroom. A storage floor will be constructed under the remaining eave space.
