Rear Dormer Loft Conversion To Existing Velux Room

Loftstyle converted this end terraced property in Bromsgrove to a Velux bedroom in 2007.  The client now requires more space and asked us to add a rear dormer in 2018. We removed the existing rear slope and Velux window and added a 12′ rear dormer with a large uPVC. window for more natural light.  We then repositioned the existing electrics to more suit the new room.
