Building Regulations

Conversions need to comply with Building Regulations. Loftstyle will obtain approval from Building Control and liaise with the Building Inspector prior and during construction. On satisfactory completion, the Building Inspector will issue a Completion Certificate.

Fire Safety

Fire Safety is a very important area to consider and Loftstyle achieve compliance using a combination of fire doors and smoke and heat detectors, as instructed by Building Control. All our conversions are project managed throughout and our clients have access to a 24-hour contact phone number.

Planning Regulations

Loftstyle will obtain all Planning Approvals where needed and will liaise with the local authority on your behalf.
